Phase 2: Your System Investment & Procurement
This is where your permanent infrastructure investment takes shape. Based on your approved engineering design, we present your complete system proposal — equipment specifications, component sourcing, delivery timeline, and total investment. For commercial facilities with 20+ stalls, system investments typically start at $300K and range to $500K+ depending on your facility’s size, complexity, and automation level.
Once you approve your proposal, we source and coordinate every component to your exact specifications — industrial vacuum systems, conveyance piping, collection hardware, and robotic automation elements. Every piece is North American manufactured and assembled specifically for equine facility applications. You’ll know exactly what you’re investing in, what’s being ordered, when it ships, and when it arrives at your site.
Flexible financing options are available to help you structure your infrastructure investment in a way that works for your operation’s cash flow. Ask about financing during your consultation — we’ll work with you to find the right arrangement for your facility and timeline.
Your Investment: $300K – $500K+ (facility-dependent) | Timeline: 4–8 weeks
Phase 3: Your Installation
This is where your facility starts to change. For renovations, our team installs overhead pipe networks, professional chases, and access panels while your barn stays fully operational — your horses, your staff, and your clients experience minimal disruption. For new construction, we integrate underground conveyance seamlessly into your build schedule, coordinating directly with your general contractor and trades. Either way, you’ll see your infrastructure come to life exactly as it was designed.

Phase 4: Your Project Management
You shouldn’t have to manage the technical details of your own infrastructure installation — that’s our job. Sairol provides dedicated project management including contractor coordination, quality control inspections, installation oversight, and commissioning support. You stay focused on running your facility. We make sure everything is built to spec, on schedule, and ready to perform.
Your Investment: 10–15% of total project cost
Phase 5: Your Ongoing ProCare Maintenance Program
