How does the Assessment work?
It's remote and available nationwide: a guided video walkthrough plus your photos, measurements and drawings. Your written report arrives in 1–2 weeks.
Is the $5,000 credited?
Yes, 100% toward your Charter Retainer, and the Retainer is 100% credited toward your system.
Is the Charter Retainer refundable?
Yes, less documented project costs incurred to date. Full terms are in your Retainer agreement.
Can I finance it?
Yes, through our partner Hearth. The property owner or principal applies, and checking options won't affect your credit. See our Financing page.
Will my barn have to shut down?
Renovations use above-ground pipe networks with no excavation, so your barn stays operational.
